2025: A Year of Momentum, Growth, and What Comes Next

Across live events, systems integration, and large-scale production, we didn’t just keep pace — we expanded our capabilities, deepened our partnerships, and built momentum that carries directly into the future.

Bigger Stages. Bigger Moments.

This year, our crew supported some of the region’s most impactful live events, scaling from intimate performances to major headline shows. From Teddy Swims at Jacobs Pavilion to John Mayer at Wean Park, our work reflected precision, preparation, and consistency at every level.

Each show reinforced what we believe: great experiences are built through planning, execution, and people who take pride in the work.

“Our growth this year wasn’t about chasing scale — it was about doing the work the right way,” said J. Anthony Ferrello, CEO of Forty Two Inc. “We invested in our people, our systems, and our standards. That’s what allows us to deliver at a high level, no matter the size of the stage.”

Expanding Systems Integration Across the Region

In parallel with live production, our Systems Integration division delivered critical infrastructure upgrades across Northeast Ohio. This included completed projects at the Youngstown City Council Chambers and several Mahoning County courtrooms, enhancing reliability, clarity, and long-term performance for civic and judicial environments.

“These projects are about more than equipment — they’re about trust,” said Justin Thomas, Director of Systems Integration. “When a city council or courtroom relies on your systems every day, performance isn’t optional. We design for longevity, clarity, and confidence.”

These installations reflect our growing role as a trusted partner for municipalities, institutions, and permanent AV environments where reliability matters most.

Investing in Capacity and Capability

To support growing demand, we made meaningful investments across the organization:

  • Expanded our production inventory by more than 25%, strengthening audio, video, lighting, and control capabilities
  • Doubled the size of our primary warehouse, improving staging, prep efficiency, and deployment speed
  • Continued refining internal workflows to support consistency, scalability, and technical excellence

These investments ensure we’re not just meeting today’s needs — we’re building for what’s next.

Leadership Aligned for Long-Term Growth

In 2025, members of our executive leadership increased their ownership positions through new stock and option purchases. This reflects strong internal confidence, long-term alignment, and a shared belief in the direction of the company.

“We’re building something durable,” Ferrello added. “Our leadership team is invested because we believe in the long-term vision — not just growth, but sustainable, responsible growth.”

Looking Ahead to 2026

Demand for our services is stronger than ever. Bookings, planning activity, and early commitments for 2026 already exceed previous years across live events, systems integration, and infrastructure projects.

We’re entering the next chapter with momentum, clarity, and a crew built to deliver.

We do more — and we’re just getting started.

Adaptation isn’t a backup plan; it’s how we move forward.
