Forty Two Inc. (“Forty Two,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ethical business practices and to promoting human rights throughout our supply chain. This statement is made in compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657), which requires certain companies to disclose their efforts to eradicate human trafficking and slavery in their direct supply chains.

1. Verification

Forty Two does not currently engage third parties to verify the presence of human trafficking or slavery in our supply chains. However, we maintain internal oversight and reserve the right to inquire into supplier sourcing practices as part of our business relationships.

2. Supplier Audits

At this time, Forty Two does not conduct independent audits of suppliers specifically to evaluate their compliance with standards for human trafficking and slavery. We rely on supplier self-reporting and certifications and may conduct internal reviews as necessary.

3. Supplier Certification

We require our direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into products or services supplied to Forty Two comply with all applicable laws regarding slavery and human trafficking in the country or countries in which they operate.

4. Internal Accountability

Forty Two maintains internal standards and procedures for employees and contractors to ensure compliance with laws and company policies. Employees found in violation of our ethical standards or implicated in supply chain misconduct may be subject to disciplinary action, including termination.

5. Training

We do not currently provide formal training on human trafficking or slavery to employees responsible for supply chain oversight. We are evaluating future opportunities to strengthen awareness and diligence through targeted education and compliance procedures.
